Need help planning a trip, saving your map, checking in, or managing your account? Email hello@roamward.app. Include what you were trying to do, your iPhone model, and your Roamward version if you can. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Trips and check-ins
Roamward uses foreground location while the app is open to verify nearby stops and color your map. If a check-in does not appear, confirm Location Services are on for Roamward, open the active trip, and use the check-in control on the stop card. You can still plan, save, and browse without granting location access.
Accounts and saved progress
Roamward starts with a guest map. In Profile, choose Apple, Google, or email to make that map reinstall-proof. Profile also lets you export your data, reset Roamward progress while keeping your login, or permanently delete your account and associated Roamward data.
Report content or a safety concern
Other travelers' shared journal entries, trip suggestions, and Gem Hunt nominations include a report option. Reporting hides the item for you immediately. For urgent content, privacy, or safety concerns, email the support address above.

Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Roamward is for planning assistance; always verify road, weather, park, business, and access conditions with official sources before you go, and never interact with the app while driving.
