Roamward
Terms of Service
Last updated June 29, 2026
Welcome to Roamward, a scenic road-trip planner operated by Shop480, LLC (“Roamward,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Roamward.
Who can use Roamward
Roamward is intended for users 13 and older. By using it, you confirm you’re at least 13 and able to enter into these Terms. Roamward is currently offered as an early-access product, so some features may change, break, or come and go as we build.
Your account
You can browse anonymously, and an anonymous account is created on first use. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or an email link to save your trips, you’re responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse Roamward — no scraping, bulk-harvesting, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don’t use Roamward to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- For content you add to a shared trip or journal, don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, or that you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
Trips, notes, and journal entries you create are yours. By adding them, you grant Roamward a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service for you and the people you choose to share a trip with. You’re responsible for the content you add and share.
Travel information — read this
Roamward’s routes, stops, hours, seasonal notes, road conditions, and recommendations are provided for general planning and are informational only. We don’t guarantee they’re accurate, current, open, safe, or suitable for your vehicle or trip. Roads close, conditions change, and listings go out of date.
You are responsible for your own safety and decisions on the road: verify conditions, hours, and closures with official sources (park services, DOTs, operators) before you go, obey all laws, and never interact with Roamward while driving. Some routes we describe involve gravel, high passes, remote areas, or seasonal hazards — travel them at your own risk and come prepared.
Third-party links & bookings
Roamward may link to third-party sites and services — for example, lodging or booking partners — and we may earn a commission when you book through some of those links, at no extra cost to you. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we’re not responsible for them or for any transaction you make with them.
Our intellectual property
Roamward’s name, logo, design, written guides, maps, and other original content are owned by Shop480, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Roamward for your own trip planning. Please don’t copy or redistribute our content without permission.
Service availability & changes
Roamward is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an early-access product, we may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamward disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop480, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your travel, your reliance on Roamward’s information, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You can stop using Roamward at any time and delete your data from your profile. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or to protect the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Roamward evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Roamward after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
